A MAN, A PEOPLE AND THEIR DREAMS COME TRUE! Dear friends I am writing today to tell the story of a man, if the history of a man, love for his hometown and seeing his dream come true!

But from that once had in his heart to share the burden with his fam ily and friends of the people about Christ. So Ullum always prayed for, that God allowed it could open a church there ev angelic to carry ar the message of salvation that is in Christ Jesus.
Imagine as was that this man loved his people, when l or met one of the first things I was Ullum spoke of the need for people to have a church, his desire that his become family. Both spoke of Ullum one day I com we start with our pastor Jorge Perez is concerned, since our church was looking for direction from God to open a new work in the interior d p IAs.
took several months of prayer, until one day the pastor Jorge shared co n the church about this people and a group of 10 beautiful years would go to "spy out the land" was how we traveled in December to meet Ullum and especially asking God we speak and confirm whether we had to open a work there. With the trials and struggles we had on the trip, we think God had something to Ullum.

On Friday morning I visited the Barrio Dam inviting for the evening event and presenting the gospel of Christ. returned joyful s to hear testimony from groups who said that God had used and that several families had accepted Christ. In the afternoon took place in the plaza of the activity for children with games, players, inflatable beds the Ast ic, so the square was filled with children and culminated with the work activity in which colors are pr ESENT the message of salvation. God again surprised to see several children accept Christ. At night there was tango dancers, a Christian folk group, l to performing two plays, one made by the young and cause so much im pact and a very well done referring to the Passover. Following the same Fernando gave testimony of how Christ rescued his life depression in which he lived and did call for salvation and many people came forward and we pray for her.
Saturday is repeated all the activity on Friday, but in the neighborhood Higueritas and after the testimony of Fernando and Marta (God rescued her from family violence and showed their love) was called to salvation and again spent a lot of people wanting to accept Christ as Lord of their lives.
On Friday and Saturday while most of the group was in these activities, other brothers gave workshops to the community about domestic violence which was attended by many women victims of abuse and seeking help and another group went to paint and carry out the final details for the inauguration of the temple.
was so arrive on Sunday, the expectation was great in the morning returned to visit the contacts of people who had accepted Christ bringing them a personal invitation to the inauguration and first worship Baptist Church of Ullum. We were surprised by the power and love of God.
Upon arrival at the temple and there were people waiting for us to open the temple was beautiful and filled. All the chairs that the church had purchased were busy with new people. Praise God, Pastor Jorge Perez preached and making call to salvation 70 people came forward, of which about 30 were children. Everyone was joyous to see how much effort was rewarded. Thank God that was founded the first evangelical church Ullum and every one of us had been part of it.
Coqui The pastor will be presented to the brother who will stay for a month in Ullum to disciple and guide new brothers in faith. I think the work is just beginning, there is much to be done, we must continue to support our work. Keep praying, not abandon, sending teams of teachers, discipleship, counselors. Young, married and older siblings should be that the work belongs to everyone.
Going ending comes to my mind the life and passion of the preacher John Knox ( 1514 - 1572) known as the father of the Reformation in Scotland, which for years he prayed to God to "Lord give me Scotland or I die." Many believe that God sent revival to Scotland as an answer to prayer that John Knox did year after year for their country.
Dear brothers as Pastor Jorge told us, this is just the beginning of what God wants to do in our country. I believe and not doubt that as a church if we remain faithful to bring His Word, to plant new churches that are not there and invest time and offerings in Mission of God continue to bless to us to be faithful to His will.
God has a great desire and that is: "Not wanting to (God) that any should perish, but all should come to repentance "2nd Peter 3:9
We fight every day in our faith so that together we can be part of enforcing the will of God. And remember this all started in Carlos and passion that God gave to pray for his people. God continue to lift from us men and women with vision and desire for God. I enjoyed being able to share this journey with each one of those who were. What God did in those days to stay in my heart seared, reminding me that God can do great things through us if we have to be used by Him
God continue to bless greatly in everything you do for HIS GLORY!
